Rust-resistant, high-strength stainless steel shaft 'YSU-1': YSK
This is a shaft made from a new material "YSU-1" that is resistant to rust and wear. It achieves corrosion resistance equivalent to SUS304 and wear resistance that surpasses SUS630.
This is a stainless steel shaft made using the new material "YSU-1." In a 240-hour salt spray test, it demonstrated excellent corrosion resistance equivalent to austenitic stainless steel SUS304, and in a reciprocating motion test of 100,000 cycles, it showed superior wear resistance compared to precipitation-hardened stainless steel SUS630. Thanks to our in-house high-frequency hardening technology, it has a hardened hardness of HRC50 or higher. It excels in corrosion resistance in high-humidity environments and is ideal for upgrading SUS630 and SUS304 chrome-plated products.
